Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Unblur (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. The Service

Unblur provides a vision-training program — guided exercises, educational content, an acuity test, a personalized plan, and a community feed. The Service is not medical care. See our medical disclaimer.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@unblur.app of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable use and community rules

You agree not to use the Service to:

Posts and comments are reviewed by an automated moderator and may be hidden if they violate our rules. You can appeal any decision from your account.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its videos, articles, exercises, personalized plans, software, and design, is owned by Unblur Health, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own training during your active subscription. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or republish our content.

You retain ownership of content you post to the community. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and moderate it as part of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your continued use poses a legal or security risk. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account page; deletion is irreversible.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific health outcome will result from its use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unblur Health, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unblur Health, Inc. from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may bring small-claims actions in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We will post material changes here and notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
